This "GrowthFolio" is a showcase of my professional and educational journey. A catalogue highlighting the experiences, projects, and achievements that have shaped my growth. Grounded in my Bachelor's of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Leadership, acquired at UNB's School of Leadership Studies.
Leadership Practice:
My leadership practice is relational, trauma-informed, and community-driven, grounded in empathy, adaptability, and the belief that growth happens through supportive human connection.
This is exemplified in my work and the volunteer opportunities I have participated in throughout my university career, just as it has been cultivated and practiced in my time at the School of Leadership Studies.
Lessons Learned
This portfolio illustrates how my education has informed and facilitated opportunities to develop skills and leadership across diverse contexts, including working with at-risk youth, engaging in community support initiatives, contributing to policy development, and collaborating on international, cross-cultural projects, culminating in an immersive internship in Vietnam.
